The Client Portal enables the secure upload of documents which can then be signed electronically without any need to use the postal service. In the future all sensitive documents will be required to be sent in this manner for legal reasons due to the issues over email security.
In addition we will leave documents, regularly referred to by clients or needed on a semi regular basis, in the portal for reference and providing the ability to be downloaded 24/7 and 365 days per annum. One example of this is where a mortgage is being saught and your financial adviser may require accounts and tax returns. This information will be able to be provided instantly.
