Start ups require a quick response and have lots to do quite apart from the administrative setup of the business.  We provide a complete service with company formation to a name of your choice (if required and subject to thet name being available), dealing with establishing the desired domain name, set up of necessary email accounts, web hosting, establishing the payroll scheme and registering for VAT.  We also have links with graphic designers for your logo and web design, printers, marketing consultants and solicitors.  We offer a one stop shop service.

It is up to you how much you want us to do.  Obviously as part of the exercise we will advise you on the best vehicle to use for your bsuiness (sole trader, partnership LLP, limited company or a combination thereof).  We also have connections with local banks facilitating the set up of the business bank account.
